Opportunities for Social Knitting

We're very busy in class and don't leave much time for socializing. Sometimes, though, you may just want to sit with others and work on your projects. Here are a few places in the area where you can find compatible people. Each group has its own special atmosphere. Try several out to see which works best for you.

10:00 to noon on first and third Saturdays of each month

Living Seed

5:30 to 8:30 pm every Monday
Drop-in knitting night. $10 per session



KINGSTON

Barnes & Noble (Ulster Avenue)
Wednesday evenings (maybe not every week)
Free and open to the public


NEWBURGH

Free and open to the public



POUGHKEEPSIE

Barnes & Noble (Route 9)
6:30 to 8:30 pm First Monday of each month
Free and open to the public


PT. EWEN

Esopus Library
Route 9W in Pt. Ewen (east side of street)
1:00 to 3:00 pm every Monday
Free and open to the public


STONE RIDGE

Stone Ridge Library
